How the production process works

1. ~ Design and consultation
   It all starts with an idea. You tell us your wishes and needs, and based on the documents, we create a part exactly according to your requirements. We can work with 3D data, drawings, simple designs or physical samples.
2. ~ Material selection
   We will help you choose the most suitable material based on the intended use of the product. We offer a wide range of thermoplastic materials in various colors and surface finishes.
3. ~ Production of a precise tool
   Based on your documents, we will produce a precise tool with which we can fulfil all your wishes. We produce tools from artificial wood or MDF, which are usually used for prototype production. Cast or milled aluminium is used for series production, and thanks to our toolmakers, the tools meet strict quality standards.
4. ~ Prototype production
   Prototype production is used to test the production process, the final shape and functionality of your parts. We will fine-tune even the smallest details on the prototype with you to ensure that the product is of the highest possible quality.
5. ~ Production of parts in series
   We will introduce your product into series production and produce the required number of pieces. Our vacuum presses and our team of workers will ensure top-notch output, for your 100% satisfaction.
6. ~ Machining the part on a CNC machine
   After pressing, the product is further processed on CNC milling machines, on which we give the part its final shape. Thanks to precision machines and 5 axes, we can guarantee consistent product quality, precise dimensions and high production efficiency.
7. ~ Assembly of additional parts
   Other required parts are mounted on the part, such as mounting pins, handles, magnets, colour markings, etc. The parts can be welded, glued or riveted.
8. ~ Output inspection and packaging
   The output inspection worker will check each part in detail to ensure 100% quality of all products.
